Another year of Oscars. We caught most of it but fav’ part was definitely Kristen Stewart and hunky Taylor Lautner on stage togehter. Kristen wore an amazing navy blue strapless dress that was simple and not too overstated. While Stewart is normally a jeans kind of girl (”I was a full blown tomboy when I was little,” Stewart told Allure magazine in a recent article.) we were impressed to see how she dresses up.

The look Stewart usually opts for is skinny jeans, flannel tops or cute tanks and Chucks. Maybe not unique, but the thing is you can tell she’s not trying to be anyone but herself, unlike many in young Hollywood. Tonight’s simple gown, while not her normal comfy cas loook, showed the world once again that she her own personal style, and it’s not dictated by the fashion police or TMZ. Way to rock the Oscars Kristen!

With all her popularity, Demi Lovato is still just a normal teen. “I do everything. I still go to the mall, I still do things and people don’t really recognize me. I don’t really dress in a way that, if I know that I’m going out, I just dress like a normal person (a pair of cool jeans and a tshirt!) and people don’t pay attention! And I don’t make eye contact with people!” she quipped.

Like any teen, Demi has worked hard at getting over insecurities about her body. “Right now, I really try to just feel beautiful. I’m different, I have a different body type than other people. I’m not your typical skinny tall girl, but I love my body.” More gals need to hear what you have to say Demi!

Since Bubblegum readers may still be in a post-Valentine bliss, here’s what Demi’s looking for in a guy: “I think the main thing is intelligence. No — I take that back. Humor! Because humor is key to friendships with me, and you fall in love with somebody you’re friends with, and your friendship will last to the end of your life.” And if he’s wearing black jeans all the better!

It’s Valentine’s Day tomorrow so we caught up with the stars of the new movie “Valentine’s Day!” to see what’s on their mind.

Q. In Valentine’s Day, there’s a moment when two characters realize their close friendship had turned into romantic love. Has this happened to you?

Jennifer Garner: Somewhere between the first and second kid, I thought, ‘this is really turning into something! (Her bubby Ben Affleck is known for liking a casual woman and Jennifer is definitely the kind of star who rocks jeans, which is part of the reason we adore her as well!)

Jessica Alba: I married my best friend for sure. We were friends first. It lasted 10 days!

Q. Ashton, are you romantic in real life?

Ashton Kutcher: I have the good fortune of playing a florist in this movie and one of my best friends is a florist. I got to work with him and what I learned about that is that these guys are the real cupids. They are passing these messages off from one person to the next. The way that arrangement shows up could really dictate the result of the relationship. If you can find someone that can really translate what you are trying to say that’s a big deal!

I love life and I love people generally. I think yes I am. I will qualify myself.

Topher Grace: There wasn’t a day that went by that I didn’t get a card on “That 70’s Show” from Ashton. He is very very romantic!!

Fun fact: Florists can wear blue jeans to work! Yea

Q. What are your plans for Valentine’s Day?

Julia Roberts: We’re just going to be making out for the full 24 hours.

Jessica Alba: We are pretty spontaneous. We try to squeeze in a smooch here and there. A little card. A note to say I love you. We kind of do that randomly.

Q. What do you think is the key to a successful relationship in Hollywood?

Jessica Biel: Laughing. Fun. Being able to laugh and not take things too seriously.

Julia Roberts: Communicating is a good thing. I think it’s the same in any city. Los Angeles isn’t any different to what makes a good relationship work. Two people who work at it–in any town, that’s good advice.

Q. Advice for singles having a pity party?

TG: Go see the movie. There are so many pointers in it. And you don’t get anything out of it unless you see it twice!

Q. Advice on how to you deal with a romantic disappointment?

Jennifer Garner: I would recommend a piñata!
